Street Pastors in Carlisle

Street Pastors is an inter-denominational Church response to urban problems, engaging with people on the streets to care, listen and help. Their ministry in Carlisle began on Saturday 5th June 2010. They currently have 23 active street pastors and 18 prayer pastors, with our age ranging from 18 – 78. Follow on facebook

Oasis Coffee Shop at Elim Community Church, Oasis Food Pantry runs each Friday 10am – 2pm at St Paul’s Church (entrance by the traffic lights). Membership is open to residents of Carlisle who may be struggling financially and members can do a weekly shop for £5.50 per week. For the £5.50 subscription, members can access up to approximately £25 worth of food of their own choosing from our shelves.
