Carlisle -

The City That Cursed Itself

This book is published by Bound Together Ministries and considers the consequences for the City of Carlisle, of its Millennium folly. Its author first began to voice his concerns in AD 1997.

Since then, many other Christians, including:

+  Rt Rev’d John Brewer, Bishop of Lancaster (RIP)

+  Rev’d Ireton, the then vicar of St Michael’s Stanwix

+  Rev’d Kevin Davies, the then vicar of All Saints Scotby

+  Rt Rev’d Graham Dow, the Bishop of Carlisle

+  Mr David King, fearless campaigner, Councillor and businessman (RIP)

have voiced there concerns along with Councillor Jim Tootle

and over 900 citizens who signed a petition and tens of thousands of citizens         who voted out the long established Labour Council in AD 1999, who were               bulldozing through their controversial Millennium Project.

They could have been more easily dismissed if there had not been a series of calamities, disasters, deaths and dire ‘coincidences’ for the City of Carlisle over a few years since the Millennium.

Nevertheless, those who control the media have done a superb job of maligning, misrepresenting and abusing anyone who offered any objection to Carlisle’s occult Millennium items. They know their ‘craft’ well.

Items such as a Millennium logo that was dominated by the face of a pagan god.

Items such as a Cursing Stone that misrepresented the Gospel of Jesus Christ. An Archbishop cursed the Border Reivers, against the instructions of Jesus, who said, ‘love your enemies’. Carlisle officials decided to use the curse as a tourist attraction by carving part of it, into a stone boulder.

Items such as glass pyramids that have an immediate association with the occult crafts of the Egyptians. It was even proposed to have a statue of a ‘thinking’ man beneath a pyramid, to further promote the perceived  ‘magical’ properties of  pyramids.

Items such as........... you will have to read the book, because the explanation takes a book.

As for Jesus, whose Millennium it was? Those who hate Him and His followers, made sure that His name was not mentioned. However, there are the names of rapists, murders, blackmailers and thieves written into a walkway and people are encouraged to come to Carlisle to associate themselves with such people. Why? As a tourist attraction to make money.

It has been suggested that because the ‘items’ referred to, have historical facts, they have validation and it is justified.

May I suggest to you that no figure in history has had more of an impact upon you and everyone of your descendents over the last two thousand years than Jesus.

So given that it was His Millennium, why wasn’t Jesus and the faith He created (Christianity) and its impact upon our government through the Kings and Queens and then Parliament, given more of a prominence?

Well, you can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink. You work it out!

If you cannot, then read the book and if you cannot do that, consider thus.

I believe that there is good and evil. I believe that Jesus represents God, who is good.

Lucifer represents evil.

The City of Carlisle chose to promote evil things. Who was displeased and who was pleased?

Why would God, who is good, bless a city that chose to promote evil during its Millennium?

God has allowed Carlisle to suffer. There is a difference between allowing and causing. Nevertheless, the fact remains. Carlisle has and is suffering. Read the book to know the facts that the media are burying beneath  their preferred propaganda.

The web site carlisle-cursing-stone.com gives a very brief over view of the content of the book.
